Boulder Lake - ACA Fish Stocking (E3-174)
Site Details
This 183-acre site is located 5 km SW of Blackfalds and can only be accessed from the N off Aspelund Road by taking RR 27-5 S for 2 km. A privately owned bridge, across the Blindman River, S of the site on RR 27-5, is not accessible to the public. ACA stocks this 5.5-acre fish pond annually with trout, typically before the May long weekend. Anglers can enjoy fishing from a floating dock and numerous raised casting platforms along the shore. Other onsite amenities include an outhouse and garbage facilities.
Restrictions
Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only. No gas-powered motors. No hunting.
