Spruce Coulee (E3-149)
Site Details
This 320-acre site is E of Bashaw. From Bashaw travel E on Highway 53 for approximately 43 km. Turn N on RR 170A. Follow this road W and then N to the approach on the west side of the road. Park at the property sign on the approach (NE-02-042-17-W4M) and walk W for 0.8 km along the footpath to the site (NW-02-042-17-W4M). Wildlife in the area includes white-tailed and mule deer, moose, elk and upland game birds. The Battle River and Spruce Coulee run through the property providing fish foraging for kingfishers, mergansers, herons, and pelicans. Sport fish in the Battle River include walleye and northern pike.

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
