Radar Hill (E3-12)


Site Details

This 480-acre site is approximately 14 km SE of Red Deer. To access the site, travel 16 km E of Red Deer on Highway 595, then S 4.8 km on RR 260. Alternatively, the site may be accessed from the E on Twp Rd 372 (fair-weather road). The heavily treed hilltop provides views in all directions and is the highest elevation in Red Deer County. Wildlife that frequent the site include moose, elk, white-tailed deer and forest songbirds.

Restrictions

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
