Site Details

This 160-acre site is approximately 95 km NW of Edmonton and approximately 25 km NW of Barrhead. From Barrhead, travel W on Highway 18 and N on Highway 763. Continue N on RR 53 for approximately 6 km until RR 53 comes to a dead end at the corner of the road allowance for Twp Rd 604. The SE corner of the site can be accessed by travelling W along the Twp Rd 604 road allowance for 800 m. There is a mix of black spruce, tamarack, white spruce and trembling aspen on the property, with an open wetland in the SE corner which is part of a larger wetland system in the area. Wildlife includes moose, white-tailed and mule deer, black bear and grouse.

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
