Whitemud (C2-96)


Site Details

This 1,920-acre site is approximately 35 km NW of Peace River and consists of ungulate winter range, upland and riparian habitat. Ungulate habitat enhancement projects have been completed on this site. Wildlife in the area includes white-tailed and mule deer, elk, moose, black bear and grouse. The Whitemud River provides habitat for northern pike, walleye and mountain whitefish.

Restrictions

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
