Kneehill Creek (E3-82)


Site Details

The 160-acre site is approximately 20 km SE of Innisfail. Kneehill Creek runs N to S through the entire length of the site, and aspen and balsam poplar dominate the forested areas. ACCESS IS ONLY FROM A ROAD ALLOWANCE OFF TWP RD 35-0 TO THE NE CORNER. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE SITE FROM THE WEST. From Twp Rd 350, turn S on an undeveloped road allowance (RR 27-1) and proceed a half mile to the NE corner of the site. In wet, summer conditions the undeveloped road allowance is not passable by vehicle and access is by foot only. Always check the ground conditions before proceeding by vehicle. Wildlife in the area includes white-tailed and mule deer, moose, grouse and waterfowl.

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
