Site Details

This 125-acre site is approximately 31 km SE of Rocky Mountain House. This is a fisheries enhancement area protecting the headwater springs of the North Raven River (Stauffer Creek). Habitat enhancements include tree planting to improve wildlife habitat and nest boxes for waterfowl. Recreational opportunities include nature viewing and hunting for moose, white-tailed deer, ruffed grouse and waterfowl.

Restrictions

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
