Scheerschmidt (E3-169)


Site Details

This 240-acre site is approximately 8 km SE of Stettler. Surrounded by agricultural land, this property was largely set aside for wildlife habitat by the late Mr. James Scheerschmidt, and consists of a mix of native parkland, grassy open areas and wetland. The site offers hunting opportunities for white-tailed and mule deer, as well as coyote in the fall and winter. From Stettler, travel E on Highway 12 to RR 19-2, then S for approximately 5.4 km to the parking area along the W boundary.

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
