Pomrenk Homestead Property (D4-136)


Site Details

This 160-acre site is 3 km SW of the hamlet of Ranfurly and was a homestead donated by Friedl Pomrenk. It is accessible on the W side from RR 124. Though much of the quarter is leased for crop production, the site holds many patches of forest either around the old farmyard and wetlands or planted as shelterbelts through the field. Wildlife in the area includes moose, white-tailed and mule deer and grouse.

Restrictions

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
