Wabamun/Whitewood (D3-30)


Site Details

This 532.5-acre site is approximately 4 km N of Wabamun and N of the East Pit Lake Conservation Site (D3-132). The site is composed of transition zone forests between aspen parkland and boreal/mixedwood. Several wetlands and sedge meadows are present. Wildlife in the area includes white-tailed and mule deer, moose, grouse and waterfowl.

Restrictions

Day use only. No open fires. Foot access only.
